In 1977, the military government kidnapped Juan Herman in Bariloche. In 1985, Carlos Echeverría shot “Juan As If Nothing Had Happened”, a film that investigated the disappearance. Horacio – Juan’s brother – worked on the film but his testimony wasn’t part of it. 30 years later, I travelled to meet him.
